Highest paying NGOs in Kenya: Many Kenyan graduates strive to work for NGOs simply because they have the best renumeration. But not all NGOs have the best salaries-others pay even worse than banks. One of the factors to guide you in determining the best paying NGOs in Kenya is the type of donor.

World Vision International is an Evangelical Christian humanitarian aid, development, and advocacy organization. It was founded in 1950 by Robert Pierce as a service organization to meet the emergency needs of missionaries.

3. USAID
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is the United States Government agency which is primarily responsible for administering civilian foreign aid.

4. Oxfam
Oxfam is also one of the top NGOs in Kenya you can work for. Oxfam’s main mission is to alleviate poverty in communities living in East Africa. All you need here is a first university degree and some years of experience and you are good to go. However this is dependent on the kind of job.
