Hydraulic cantilever uncoiler:
â—†Cantilever device supports steel coil and uncoils, when coil weight is more than 6T, use assisting supporter for uncoiling.
â—†Adopts hydraulic inching to expand the inner hole of steel coil.
â—†Hydraulic controlling for uncoiling rubber roller up and down, so that can avoid coil loosing after unpacking.
â—†80N.M torque motor drives steel coil turning, it can positive and negative rotate, which is convenient for user to rewind the unfinished steel sheet.
◆Mechanical structure：steel plate and profile steel welded structure
â—†Uncoil device adopts hydraulic swing arm to avoid loose of steel coil.
Hydraulic recoiler:
â—†Adopts hydraulic expanding type recoiling shaft, inner diameter is Ñ„508mm.
â—†Adopts hydraulic swing arm with matching separating sheets to guarantee the recoiling quality.
â—†Hydraulic pushing device for assistant work of discharge.
â—†Adopts 75kw DC motor matching with EUROTHERM controller to guarantee the recoiling quality.
