Dennis Itumbi Arrested Over Ruto’s Assassination Letter

Digital, Innovations and Diaspora Communications Secretary Dennis Itumbi was on Wednesday arrested by DCI officers.

Itumbi was reportedly taken into custody in probe over a fake letter on an alleged plot to assassinate Deputy President William Ruto.

The digital strategist was reportedly picked up in Nairobi CBD and bundled onto a vehicle belonging to the DCI.

Over the recent weeks, a letter believed to have been penned by a Cabinet Secretary claiming some colleagues were plotting to assassinate the DP emerged.
